Delamination Leaders

Essential start leader for Clarion range of delaminators above 24".

Corner Peel Tool

Made from clear plastic, this tool lifts the start peel corner safely without damage to polarizer or operator's fingers.

Polyester Tape

Special ultra thin, non stretch tape to secure start leader and polarizer film during Clarion polarizer repair process.

Backing Roller Tape

Applied to the laminator pick up roller to gather the backing film during Clarion lamination process.

Custom Length Laminating Rollers

Laminating rollers with customised rubber lengths and hardness's as required for a range of applications

Panel Support Plates

Clarion offer a range of custom support plates manufactured to suit any particular panel and enable very quick machine set-up for laminating.

Anti-Static Ion System

Clarion offer a customised static control package consisting of an ion bar mounted over the laminating roller, coupled to an ionising blow gun for particle removal during the laminating process.

UV Black Light

A high intensity UV black light used to illuminate particles during the laminating process.

Glass Bond Stages

Clarion glass bonding stages are manufactured to your required sizes. Each stage is made from heat resistant glass and ground to a flat condition to ensure co-planarity. This type of bond support is required when using a 'look up' optical system to provide a clear view from beneath the bond site.

Lead time: Approx. 4 weeks.

Titanium Thermodes

Clarion titanium thermodes made to Customer specific sizes. The standard configuration is based on a two hole 1/2" mount and comes complete with a thermocouple ready for installation.

Each thermode is manufactured with a ceramic support to ensure consistent coplanarity under load and is thermally conditioned prior to dispatch.
