The CD25D delaminating
machine has been designed to handle LCD panels up to 25 inches in
diagonal and uses the same principles as our proven range of
delaminating machines.
This model has a table top
size of 25" diagonal.
Process Capabilities:
Delaminates polarizer film
from LCD panels. Accepts bare glass or backlight still in place. Will
accept panels of any thickness, including deep section backlight units,
will accept small panels down
to 6” diagonal.

process with film ejected from the machine as it is removed.

Shoe plate removal method
with powered non-contact pickup roller to minimise the risk of Mura.

Selectable peel temperature
with automatic thermocouple control.

A re-usable leader to
engage the film into the machine.

Rubber coated exit rollers
to support the panel during delamination and prevent any possible glass
distortion.
